Announcement ASCIS 2021
The Organizing Committee of the “ASEAN Student Contest on Information Security 2021” would like to thank you for your interest in the contest.
The Organizing Committee is pleased to deliver some updating news about the Contest:
1. About the organization time
Due to the complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic in Vietnam, Organizers has adjusted and changed some of the contest’s timelines:
– The time to organize the Starting Round will be on October 9, 2021 (instead of September 16, 2021 as scheduled). The Qualifying Round is still taking place on October 16, 2021 and the Final round is held on November 13, 2021.
– Deadline for submission of application documents is September 25, 2021.
2. Prizes and Awards
In addition to prizes from the Organizers as mentioned so far, teams achieving high results in the Contest will receive additional rewards from the Co-organizer of the Contest, EC. – Council (The International Council of Electronic Commerce Consultants), including:
– Voucher to join EC – Council’s CPENT (Certified Penetration Testing Professional) challenge for members of the top 3 best teams.
– 80% discount voucher for an EC – Council iLearn course for members of Top 5 best teams. Courses include:
